Most treatments require one hour. Please allow for room setup, undressing, and consultation.

 

Your therapist will arrive15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. Please understand scheduled services cannot be extended. An unrushed treatment will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled session. You will be responsible for the full service fee. In the event the Therapist is running late,every effort will be made to ensure your full service time if time is allowed. If not you will be charged for the time of service rendered.

 

In order to ensure customized treatments and to accommodate special needs, a general health information form must be completed by each guest during their first visit. Intake Documents

 

Your appointment is a commitment of the therapist's time. We request if a reservation must be canceled, it be done 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee of $30 will be charged or removed from the gift certificate. However if the appointment time can be filled, there will be no cost to you.

 

Flexible schedule but cant seem to find the time to make an appointment? Join our Angel List if we have an empty slot or a cancellation you'll receive an e-mail with the available time(s). Simply call or e-mail us back and the slot is yours first come first serve.

 

Cash, Personal Check, Discover, AMEX, Visa, and MasterCard are accepted. There is a $30 fee for returned checks.

 

Gratuities may be given at your discretion. Tipping is neither required nor expected. We are grateful for your loyalty and referrals.

 

Generally, undress completely to receive the full benefit of these therapeutic treatments. But your comfort is the most important part, so feel free to leave on any article of clothing you wish. If you do not feel comfortable undressing a swim suit is an alternative. To respect your privacy throughout your treatments, only the region your therapist is working on is undraped. Please give your therapist feedback regarding your comfort.
